Radio Shack Receipt Policy

Jam Summer / Fall: peaches, cinnamon and prices and appple

Well yes it is not nice to me this recipe but my friend Lawrence (aka Dudu) who is a man who cooks (yes, yes! It exists!) Which is large enough to be put forward:) And this pretty pot is the result of his work of patience (it is much more patient than me in the kitchen!), and creativity to bring us a pot of his first jam !

Fruits in distress in the fruit basket? Mixture of winter and summer .... Latest nectarines, white peaches, nectarines and yellow are the face when installing to Beside them the first apples of the garden ... never mind! Doudou all mixed!

ET?! AND?! it's good:)

- 1k500 summer fruits in bulk starting to run out (here white peaches and yellow nectarines)

- 500 gr potato garden

- 1 kg of sugar for jam

- cinnamon (stick and powder)

  1. Start by thoroughly washing the fruit, peel, and patience to cut them into tiny little pieces (He has patience!:)

  2. Then go through the mill the fruit into a puree.

  3. Put in a large pot, adding the sugar over low heat and simmer, stirring occasionally.

  4. Add cinnamon stick and powder during cooking to infuse (at your option but here there are quite a few ..)

  5. After making jam remove cinnamon sticks and put the jam jar. :)

That's what a good start this fall and his first frost:)

I take this note to thank Yann's blog Flavors and colors (see list of blogs darlings) for giving me this award déscerné. I do not have time tonight to do a search but I'd soon (not to hide yourself after a tiring day of work I fell asleep on the sofa and I opened one eye at 20:04 lol I must hasten to make dinner! "). yann Thanks again for thinking of me makes me very happy!
