For 12 muffins very very rich chocolate-bodied, heart flowing with milk and jam nuggets sweet green tea / mint

- 50 gr salted butter

- 80 grams of sugar

- 2 eggs

- 250 gr flour

- 1 teaspoon baking

- 15 cl semi-skimmed milk

- 90 grams of dark chocolate spicy (64%)

- 1 jar of cream cheese 20% (100 grams)

- a few cc of milk jam

- some nuggets of sugar emerald green tea / mint

  1. Preheat oven to 180 °

  2. Mix whole egg and melted butter then add sugar.

  3. Melt chocolate with 1 tablespoon water and add to mixture.

  4. Stir cream cheese and beat well.

  5. Pour the flour and mix well in rain and finally stir in milk.

  6. Pour a little mixture into muffin cups and place a teaspoon of jam milk (put it in the fridge so it is more compact if necessary) and cover.

  7. Place a few nuggets of emerald sugar over muffins.

  8. Bake for 20 minutes

While there, the SCOOP! Stay well my friends! This lovely chocolate cake is fat free and (almost) without sugar! Well I know it says in the title lol! But I'm sure it has stirred your curiosity of hungry kids! You tell me: who wants one more fight against fat and sugar (although it BONNNNN)?! ben sometimes you want a dessert but not to take 1 kg in one meal so (and then I do not want Me not turn me into MUFFIN Yann eh? LOL) ... have to find subterfuge hihi

To go to my colleague Elodie I had to wear the dessert:) but after a good meal I had brought a fruit salad and I did not want to disappoint the gourmand (e) s, including me!, And still make a chocolate cake! Everyone loves chocolate:) But anyway

said I figured it had to lighten this cake, I have already struggling to put butter in my cakes and eggs too, so there no question of make a brownie very heavy even though I love it too: p (the best brownie of the world? the Marjolaine!)

no question of putting the ricotta or mascarpone (which I do very often) because c is when even fat, especially the mascarpone ... NO NO I wanted a real relief to count calories!

Why I say this without fat? because no butter or oil replaced with white cheese and small Swiss to 0%. But why almost no sugar?! Because there is no solid sugar crystal sugar or red style or cane or I do not know what! Of the sweetener tell me some? " nay! I do not like this sweeteners! So what?! .............................................

So it looks like that:

- 2 jars of small Swiss Lite

- 1 0% stirred yoghurt

- 150 grams of dark chocolate bodied

- 2 tablespoons syrup agave

- 3 tablespoons of flour with yeast
- 1 whole egg
  1. Preheat oven to 180 °

  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave with 1 tablespoon water

  3. In a bowl beat egg with syrup. Add small Swiss and yogurt and drizzle with chocolate.

  4. Pour the flour and mix well to rain.

  5. Put in a loaf pan and bake for 20 minutes

    RESULT:

- AESTHETICS: too good not to brag ^ ^ it was a great place, judge for yourself on the inside is smooth and melting The general appearance is compact and j'adoreeeeee! it is very easy to unmold and cut I think even with a cookie cutter to make shapes and compose a pretty plate ...

- TASTE: surprise ! at first I did not expect "it" but in fact it was excellent to my taste and my friends found it very good! by cons I would not put a full body chocolate next time because as it is very sweet (just enough), suddenly the taste of chocolate and even more clear that I love dark chocolate there was a pile strong ... otherwise it is well-balanced flavors is a real chocolate cake that does not let polluted by sugar and fat! :) One small problem, my friend married Scarlett who does not like milk too Y'avait find that the taste of milk by small Swiss ...

- TEXTURE: top too! very compact and melting! not stodgy (it was second helping) with great fruit salad:)

- CONCLUSION: to make and remake it'll be my best seller lol! why not?! I think I'll try again soon with dark chocolate pastry normal, with milk chocolate and white not why it must be good too (fatter and sweeter by chocolate, but good)! Tasted with a good rosé Crémant it slipped my own!

Otion Dresses Under 60

leek gratin with ham and pancetta


recipe salted very very fast for a small dinner with vegetables and healthy please!

For 2 persons:

- 1 jar of leek (or fresh leeks, cooked and drained, but I was lazy!)

- half slices of ham fat skinless

- sliced pancetta

- heavy cream

- grated cheese
- nutmeg

  1. Preheat oven to 200 °

  2. Wrap half of the leeks in half ham previously coated with a cc of fresh cream, salt and pepper .

  3. Repeat with remaining leeks but this time in slices of pancetta nature.

  4. Tighten the leeks in a baking dish.

  5. Cover of "nutty" cream, grated nutmeg and grated cheese.

  6. Bake for about 20 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and serve.


It's too good! it changes the endives with ham, and you can also do it with the bechamel, but I do not like it lol! Its super fast and it's been mostly eating vegetables to children or man :)))))

Tiles of Delights Lemon Muffins



It was time! After my course of pastry on Monday night I could not wait any longer to rebuild one of the three divine recipes Lemon Workshop Valerie:)

A day of rest and the opportunity to redo the tiles with lemon for my colleagues tomorrow morning!

I restores the recipe for "Delights Juliet" in its entirety:)

For forty small tiles Lemon

- 375 gr flour

- 300 gr sugar

- 2 tablespoons of baking soda (essential for the tiles that are spread evenly)

- 1 pinch of salt

- 2 tablespoons grated lemon zest (I j 'I put the zest of a whole small lemon grater microplane bio)

- 175 ml vegetable oil (I used 125! Not too much oil lol)

- 125 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (150 ml for me)

- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract liquid or powder (not for me I did not I substituted a few drops of essential oils of organic lemon)


  1. Preheat oven to 180 °

  2. In the bowl of a mixer, réunnissez all ingredients and turn it to a smooth paste. The mixture can be done using a whisk or electric mixer. > I handmade classic version it also works very well!

these lemony biscuits are eaten at a pace :)))) It's easy to make and super fast, I made batches! moreover, in a box I think it's very nice to offer:)
