Tiles of Delights Lemon Muffins

It was time! After my course of pastry on Monday night I could not wait any longer to rebuild one of the three divine recipes Lemon Workshop Valerie:)

A day of rest and the opportunity to redo the tiles with lemon for my colleagues tomorrow morning!

I restores the recipe for "Delights Juliet" in its entirety:)

For forty small tiles Lemon

- 375 gr flour

- 300 gr sugar

- 2 tablespoons of baking soda (essential for the tiles that are spread evenly)

- 1 pinch of salt

- 2 tablespoons grated lemon zest (I j 'I put the zest of a whole small lemon grater microplane bio)

- 175 ml vegetable oil (I used 125! Not too much oil lol)

- 125 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (150 ml for me)

- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract liquid or powder (not for me I did not I substituted a few drops of essential oils of organic lemon)

  1. Preheat oven to 180 °

  2. In the bowl of a mixer, réunnissez all ingredients and turn it to a smooth paste. The mixture can be done using a whisk or electric mixer. > I handmade classic version it also works very well!
  3. On a plate, space regularly batter (the value of a cc each time)> as in the photo, it can also be done on a Silpat

  4. Bake for 10 minutes until edges are browned. > Warning! effectively monitor the cooking that goes very fast!

  5. Cool on rack and store the cookies in a sealed box.

My tiles are not the aesthetics of those made at the workshop (I'll grant you they are really ugly! See the note of 23 September to compare!) Because:

- an I only small oven,

- two I wanted them small because we are a great team of caregivers and that takes all these greedy!

- three I suggest you follow the original recipe because they lacked a bit firm when cooked (I think because of lack of oil lol)! So look

side I need a real oven and it will be perfect!

By cons, they are tasty in taste is intact or even a bit stronger and I love lemon!! :) A true delight

these lemony biscuits are eaten at a pace :)))) It's easy to make and super fast, I made batches! moreover, in a box I think it's very nice to offer:)

They can be eaten alone or serve as a backdrop for a frozen dessert or sparkling ...

To make absolutely!
