- Preheat oven to 180 °
- In the bowl of a mixer, réunnissez all ingredients and turn it to a smooth paste. The mixture can be done using a whisk or electric mixer. > I handmade classic version it also works very well!
- On a plate, space regularly batter (the value of a cc each time)> as in the photo, it can also be done on a Silpat
- Bake for 10 minutes until edges are browned. > Warning! effectively monitor the cooking that goes very fast!
- Cool on rack and store the cookies in a sealed box.
My tiles are not the aesthetics of those made at the workshop (I'll grant you they are really ugly! See the note of 23 September to compare!) Because:

these lemony biscuits are eaten at a pace :)))) It's easy to make and super fast, I made batches! moreover, in a box I think it's very nice to offer:)
