Otion Dresses Under 60

leek gratin with ham and pancetta


recipe salted very very fast for a small dinner with vegetables and healthy please!

For 2 persons:

- 1 jar of leek (or fresh leeks, cooked and drained, but I was lazy!)

- half slices of ham fat skinless

- sliced pancetta

- heavy cream

- grated cheese
- nutmeg

  1. Preheat oven to 200 °

  2. Wrap half of the leeks in half ham previously coated with a cc of fresh cream, salt and pepper .

  3. Repeat with remaining leeks but this time in slices of pancetta nature.

  4. Tighten the leeks in a baking dish.

  5. Cover of "nutty" cream, grated nutmeg and grated cheese.

  6. Bake for about 20 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and serve.


It's too good! it changes the endives with ham, and you can also do it with the bechamel, but I do not like it lol! Its super fast and it's been mostly eating vegetables to children or man :)))))
