Muther Pucker Lip Gloss

Another way to accommodate the chicken breasts: sesame and spice turmeric:)

I was pleasantly surprised to see so much positive feedback about my recipe on chicken breasts mustard sauce!! I am of course savory recipes (the myth collapses I'm not a muffin lol) and mostly j'me said "not interesting ... ever seen ..." so I do not and I photograph does not publish ...

Yet it must be some mistake because I love both the Salty Sweet as:)

So I propose aujurdh'ui another smaller version of the accommodation of chicken breasts that I do quite often!


For 2 persons:

- 2 chicken breasts plump

- toasted sesame prior to dry the pan

- turmeric powder (about 2 tablespoons for me)

- hot chili sauce, hot! hot! hot!

- breadcrumbs (or house)

- 2 egg yolks

- 1 / 2 tbsp flour

- rapeseed oil

  1. In a bowl, break the yolk of an egg. Singer

  2. a slightly white chicken (previously denervated) with flour, then dip it generously into the egg yolk.

  3. From here two ways: if you have a small plastic bag-type freezer, pour in 1 tablespoon turmeric, sesame grilled, a little golden crumbs and a few drops of hot chili sauce and put the chicken inside, good shake up is I was completely covered with batter evenly. Otherwise, the old, successively dipping the chicken in a bowl in hand with each of the ingredients, I advise you to make flour> egg yolk> breadcrumbs> hot chili sauce> Sesame (re dip a little in egg if necessary) and turmeric

  4. Brown the chicken breasts and breaded in a lightly oiled (pschitt a spray of canola oil is ideal). salt and pepper

  5. Serve very hot !

often I accompany this tasty recipe, generous, hot and crunchy fried salsify of the forest (I love salsify I always do! Hihi).

For this, fry the salsify (Picard frozen for me) in a hot ungreased skillet, then add 2 small cans sliced mushrooms, 2 tablespoons frozen onion, 2 large tablespoons heavy cream, salt / pepper and 1 tablespoon shallot boursin kitchen. Simmer on low heat and serve hot. Sometimes I mix this recipe to a remnant of pasta types as in the photo, it is a good way to accommodate the remains.
